Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C rice vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt
  2. Bring to a boil uncovered and cool the room temp
  3. Mix with rice, and cover so it doesn't get dry

Notes

Good for about 6 cups of cooked brown rice and/or white rice (2 cups uncooked)
