Spinach Artichoke Dip

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 2 8z packages cream cheese
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach ("our cutting board full")
  • 2 cans of Artichokes (not marinated)
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/2 lemon's juice (or more)
  • 1/4 lb parmesan
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella shredded
  • 1/2 salt (+ a bit more for garlic)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Chop the spinach and artichokes
  3. Chop the garlic finely, sprinkle with salt and rub the flat side of a knife on top until it's a paste.
  4. mix all ingredients and bake in a covered bowl
  5. Bake until it's warm and bubbly, and take the cover off at the end until the top is brown
