Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C pumpkin
 - 3/4 C sweetener (less if you use honey)
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp ground ginger
 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg
 - 1/4 tsp cloves
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 1/2 - 2C of milk
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400
 - Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices (we usually use a blender)
 - Blend in eggs, milk
 - pour into pastry shell if you're feeling fancy, or a pan (8x8)
 - Bake at 400 for 10min
 - Turn the heat down after 10min to 350 and bake for another 40min or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
 - Serve topped with whipped cream
