Ingredients
- 2 packages of unflavored gelatin
- 4 cups of juice (2 flavors)
- Fruit (no fresh kiwi or fresh pineapple)
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Heat 2 types of juice in separate pans and add gelatin and stir until dissolved
- Place the bottom jello flavor in a serving dish and throw in fruit, and chill in the fridge until firm
- Place the top jello flavor in a pan and chill in the fridge until almost firm
- Whip the heavy cream
- put soft cream cheese in a bowl and mix until creamed
- Combine the partially firm jello and cream cheese until blended
- gently fold in whipped cream into cream cheese jello mixture
- Pile topping onto the jello bottoms and return to the fridge until top is firmed
Notes
We use a 1 1/2 to 2 inch deep dish that has a 9” diameter
