Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 C course yellow corn meal
 - 1 C whole wheat flour
 - 2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 1/2 C honey or maple syrup
 - 1/4 C oil/shortening
 - 2 1/4 milk (soy milk in the original)
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
 - Mix ingredients into a thin batter
 - Pour into a lightly oiled 9x9 pan (10x13 for double)
 - Bake for 30min or until top is springy when touched
