Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C white sugar
  • 2/3 C butter
  • 3 or 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 C flour (2 C white, 1/2 C whole wheat)
  • 1/2 C chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Mix eggs, sugars, and butter
  3. Add bananas and beat well
  4. Add sour cream and flour
  5. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
  6. Bake for 40min

Notes

This recipe will also make 2 dozen muffins, but bake for 15-20 mins
