Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 1Tbs(ish) soysauce
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion cut into 2 inch sections
  • 1/2C dashi or water

Directions

  1. Heat oil on high heat
  2. Add soysauce, sugar, and green onions
  3. Cook until soy sauce carmelizes slightly on the bottom of the pan
  4. Add tofu and cook until tofu is slightly brown
  5. Add dashi (or water), and cover.
  6. Cook and turn tofu over until the tofu is brown with the sauce.
