Sushi Rice
Ingredients
- 1/4 C rice vinegar
 - 3 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 2 1/2 tsp salt
 
Directions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt
 - Bring to a boil uncovered and cool the room temp
 - Mix with rice, and cover so it doesn't get dry
 
Notes
Good for about 6 cups of cooked brown rice and/or white rice (2 cups uncooked)
