Marshmallows
Ingredients
- 3 Tbl of gelatin
 - 3 C granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - Powdered Sugar
 - Butter (optional)
 
Directions
- Soak gelatin in 9 Tbl of cold water for 20min
 - Boil sugar in 15 tbl of water until it spins a thread
 - Pour into gelatine and beat for 5min with an electric beater
 - Add 1 tsp vanilla and set in a pan lined with butter or powdered sugar
 - When set, cut and roll in powdered sugar
