Ingredients
- 1 C sorghum
 - 2/3 C water
 - 3 cups flour
 - 4 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 salt
 - 4 C cranberries (cut each berry in half)
 - 1 1/2 C sugar
 - 1/2 C butter
 - 1/2 C cream
 - 1 C half and half
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325
 - Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together
 - Mix the sorghum and water together
 - Combine the wet and dry ingredients
 - Add the cranberries
 - Pour into a casserole pan and cover. Bake for 2- 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean
 - Sauce: Combine sugar, butter, cream, and half & half. Cook slowly (low heat) until it thickens slightly
